We’re hiring a Sales Manager (s) to lead and scale a high-volume sales team across both insurance restoration (door-to-door) and retail (in-home sales) divisions.
Whether your background is knocking doors and managing storm production, or running in-home appointments and closing retail deals, this role is built for leaders who know how to drive results, develop people, and enforce systems.
We offer aggressive compensation structures, along with a proven system that allows reps to ramp quickly and perform at a high level.
This is not a “hire and hope” environment. Our mission is to solve the training gap in roofing sales—and that starts with leadership.
You’ll be responsible for building your team, coaching reps in the field and in the home, reinforcing the process, and holding consistent performance standards across the board.
Because we invest heavily in our people, we expect our leaders to do the same. This role requires someone who is humble, coachable, disciplined, and capable of leading from the front.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain a high-performance, team-first culture
- Recruit, train, and develop both door-to-door (storm) or in-home (retail) sales reps
- Run daily/weekly trainings, ride-alongs, and in-home coaching
- Drive production through structured systems and proven sales processes
- Track performance and hold team members accountable
- Lead from the front with strong personal production (as needed)

What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales performance in either insurance restoration or retail in-home sales (both is a plus)
- Prior leadership or team development experience preferred
- Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Strong communication and coaching ability across different sales environments
- High level of accountability and professionalism
- Ability to manage and grow a high-volume team

Pay: $75,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
